Good price for location..but bad breakfast

The room was spacious and the bed so comftable. 5 min walking from the station.Perfect for a short trip.

Breakfast extremely limited: powdered Coffee and cup noodles.Needs a serious improvement.

You pay what you get. The room is good anyway.

Friendly and helpful staffs. The hotel is within 10 mins walk to KTX, metro station and department store.

The hotel is sounded by parking lots, some abandoned buildings and motels, which makes me concerned about the safety. It’s scary when I walked back to the hotel after dinner.

Very beautiful hotel and convenient location

It's a very stylish and well-located hotel. My room was spacious and beautiful, especially the bathroom - I was amazed when I saw the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and can speak English very well. Overall, the hotel is kept very clean and well decorated. I also thought the price was quite good, considering the hotel's just a 5 minute walk from Dongdaegu station and is surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants.

My TV wasn't working, which was not a big issue for me as I was only there for 2 nights. However, I didn't enjoy breakfast. They serve only Korean food for breakfast, and I usually enjoy Korean food a lot, but the dishes served for breakfast just didn't taste good.

Good location and very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and clean.

The location was excellent, a 5-7minute walk to Daegu Station. Above the station was a department store and shopping center, making it convenient for eating out and grabbing a few necessities. The breakfast was better than expected, given it was a 3 star hotel. The enclosed balcony was a bonus given the small room.

The room was fairly small and the bed was almost up against the wall. The air-conditioning unit was in the ceiling directly blowing on the bed, which I'm not a fan of. The bed was a little too firm for us. However, for a 2 night stay it served the purpose.

The Eastern Hotel is better suited to business travellers rather than tourists.

Close to transport, shopping and good restaurants. Large bedroom. Good breakfast spread.

The staff on check in were very helpful. Unfortunately, after that, the staff were less so. There was a rooftop bar advertised but it wasn’t open in the time we were there.

Good location

Easy 10 minute walk from the main (KTX) station and also DonDaegu metro. Loved the tiny enclosed balcony in my room. Everything was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed exploring Daegu

Very nice facilities and great location.

Great location - a 2 minute walk from Dongdaegu Station. The staff spoke great English which helped us a lot. The facilities are very nice. Our room was very tidy and clean. The bathroom was very nice and had great facilities. The breakfast was good also. Korean and Western style food available with an espresso machine to help yourself to.

I guess the only thing that was difficult for us was there was no laundry available and the landromat around the corner was all in Korean and we wasted a lot of money trying to figure out how to work it out. Staff didn't bother helping us find a laundromat either when I asked. They just said, "Sorry, we don't know where one is".
